I updated windows to 1903 recently. Checked all drivers, There is no update.
My headphone now only detects If I plugged them before windows startup.
I am trying my best but really can't find what's wrong.

Solution
I will offer this advice to you only once: Do not use third-party driver updater software, as that way lies madness!

Service station type software from your computer's OEM, fine, Driver & Support Assistants from your computer components' OEMs, fine, third-party driver updaters, run!

In addition to the prior question, is there an update to your audio card driver?

Since you say "plugged in" I am not presuming Bluetooth connectivity, but if it is involved, your Bluetooth card drivers could be at play, too. Intel has been churning out WiFi/Bluetooth card updates with great regularity over the last year or so, all aimed at the Windows 10 platform and "modern drivers."

ok guys, It wasn't bluetooth headphone.
Uninstall and reinstalled same version (but downloaded from Asus webpage) did the trick.
So, Driverpack probably is at blame.
