Hey, all my PC wont start unless I hold the power button for a few seconds
Specs:
MOBO: Asus M4A79T Deluxe
CPU: Phenom II X3@ X4 975 3Ghz (125 W)
GPU: MSI HD 7750 1GB
RAM: 1x2GB DDR3
1x4GB DDR3
SDD: 120GB Kingston
HDD: 1x SATA 7200 RPM 500GB
PSU: Delta 400W
I checked the 24 pins it looks fine. Unplugged the power switch and started with the onboard switch got the same result. The only thing a didnt do is reconnecting all the parts on the mobo 1 by1.
The only difference i noticed is that the PSU fan isnt spinning and when I try to spin it manually it feels stuck/jammed. My question is that could that be an issue?
Edit: when i spin the PSU fan manually while PC is on it starts to move slowly while stopping 1-2 secs
