PC or PS4

do i go for a 2200$ gaming pc but with no games because I wouldn`t haver enough money until a year after
-A 1000$ PC alongside a PS4 with some games for the PS4

or stick with my laptop and buy a ps4 with a full library of games?

I also like sony`s exclusives a lot so thats another reason for me to consider it I loved the last of us and I`m very excited for the order.

You could easily build an amazing gaming PC for $1200 or $1500 that would beat the PS4 by a mile. This would leave you with a lot of money to splurge on Steam and with their famous sales you'll have a huge library in no time.
