Change the cpu to a i3 the motherboard to a h97 and the GPU to a gtx 960

keep everything like yours except for the gpu ..get r9 380x instead and choose a cl9 or less ram if possible

The motherboard (Asus z97-p) is on sale. So it is actually cheaper than most H97 motherboards. I will be keeping the I5 so that i wont have to upgrade the CPU in the future. His budget does not allow the GT 960.
