Hello everyone and first of all I wasn't sure where to post this because i'm not sure myself what exactly is the problem so i figured it I should ask in this section.
So the problem is this , 2 days ago I turned on my PC and i immediately noticed that something is off , everything is delayed ,few examples : when i click to pause a video on chrome it takes 4 seconds to pause it ,when opening new tab 5-6 seconds , it takes like 10 seconds just to load facebook news feed .
I thought something is wrong with chrome so i'll deal with that later after the raid in WoW ,I launch the game and i see this .
Game still launched but fps was 25 ,i usually play on 7 (i think its ultra) with around 80 - 120 fps depending of the zone , but this time 25 - 30 . Tried lowering the settings but fps was still 25 - 30 ,it doesn't matter what settings I used, its always 25 fps even on 1 .
I've been searching for a solution and trying all sorts of things but nothing worked so far , turned of some XboX thing , turned off superfetch , virtual memory ( used recommended value for both initial and maximum as recommended on some guide ) , installed Samsung Magician since i'v read that Samsung EVO 850 had some firmware issues so I updated it . Nothing worked so far .
Here is my PC Specs :
CPU: I5 6600k
RAM: 8gb
Motherboard: MSI B150
GPU: ATI AMD Radeon R9 380 4gb
Storage: Samsung EVO 850 232 GB SSD, 930 Seagate
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 - bit
This build is couple of months old ,some great people on this site helped me create it and i'v been more then satisfied with it.
I have no clue what can be the issue so if someone had similar problem or know the solution please help

PS: While i was reading correct names of my components on Speccy ,i'v noticed that for RAM it says unknown for the type ,while everything else is listed with full name and everything. Don't know if that is the problem or something so I figured it can't hurt to write that down as well. Cheers !
