Is there any way to know what's wrong with each component and to know if its fixable?

No. UBM is too vague; there's still some guesswork involved.

Run ubm and post a link.

I already had xmp enabled and i checked the manual the ram was on the right spot but i checked on both and ram UBM on both and it gave the same results

I turned it off and it gave the same results, and if you mean whats the DDR4 its 3600 Mhz

Enter the BIOS and reset to default.

Boot PC to desktop and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Run benchmark again and link results.

is it a bad thing?

Running memory in SC can severely affect performance , generally you want to be running 2 sticks so 2x16 vs 1x32. You’re effectively doubling your bandwidth running 2 sticks.
