Question Pc power cycling

I installed new ram for my pc because it has no display, but when I install new ram it begins to power cycle. when I remove the ram, the pc runs normal, but when I insert the ram back, it begins to power cycle again.

I tried to clean the ram slots, swap the ram placements, apply new thermal paste, cleaned my old ram, check the connections but nothing helped

pc specs:
I5-4590
Asus HB1M-K
ZM500LX psu
Ram - hyperx 2x8gb ddr3 1600mhz

broken ram - team elite ddr3 8gb 1600mhz

Yes it works before, it power cycles too. But sometimes it boots, the shutdowns after 2-5 mins. Then the screen showed no display

When i bought the new ram, the pc opens normally, but after a while, it begins to power cycle again like the old ram did, but when I removed the ram, the pc runs normally and didn't even shut down or power cycles, the pc runs even days without ram.

no gpu, when I remove the ram the pc dont shut down or cycles, tho I cant use it because there is no ram

test with just 1 stick of ram?
sound like motherboard issue
