Question Pc powers on then right off

Hey I recently just built a new pc and when I turn it on everything comes and stays on for about 3 seconds then shuts right down showing the ramdebug led, however when I remove all the ram sticks it will stay on still showing ram led. After I tried that I took out cpu and put the ram back in it will stay on showing cpu led indicator. Just curious if this is a motherboard or cpu issue?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

so it never work before?

I’ve tried another psu I had same problem I switched out the ram to did the same thing

check for bend pin on the motherboard socket?
what cooler?

No bent pins, cooler is master liquid ML360

likely you do not have a fan connected to the CPU fan header, or the fan you do have connected there does not have a speed sensor. Try it with the stock cooler and if it's fine then the issue is with how you have your watercooler configured.
