PC powers up but doesn't boot

Hello everyone,

I recently finished building a computer. All moving parts of the computer are in motion when I turn the PC on, but nothing happens on the monitor.

What should I do?

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus H97M Plus
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k
GPU: EVGA GTX 970
PSU: EVGA 650 GQ
Case: NZXT Noctis 450

The old WOW worked without reinstall so give overwatch a try first. Install steam on your new boot drive the link to the steamapp folder of steam directly on the old drives steamapp folder. This or if you can direct stream install. You can also use mklink but is a bit more technical using console text commands.
