I just built a PC. All new components except a refurbished GPU. When powering on the system fans and LEDs would turn on but LED indicators on mother board that help determine whats wrong would all be lit up. This includes a CPU led,DRAM led, and a BOOT led.
I had to shut the PC off with the switch on PSU because the switch on case would not work...
I powered the PC back on with the case power button and it worked perfectly. I went into BIOS and everything was detected and download Windows with no issue...
The problem now is that when turning on PC the only way it powers on is if i flip the PSU switch off then on quickly while machine is running to get it to boot. With out flipping the switch the pc just idles with all LED indicators lit up on motherboard..
Would this be a motherboard problem or a ram problem???
