Question PC problems after RAM upgrade ?

So today I upgraded my ram from 4gb to 16gb and had turned docp/xmp and PC booted and worked fine but always after few minutes in game it crashed so I went to bios and changed frequency from 3600 to 3200 and it worked nice but performance dropped little bit so I went back to bios and changed to 3400 and after that it booted to windows and now there isn't option for my headphones, steam can't reach internet, and when I Google something it works but it won't open any links.

I tried to put back the old ram but it didn't help.
I reset the bios settings but that didn't help.

Can anyone help ?

Need full system specs. How many RAM sticks do you have?
