PC RAM Issues.

Hello,

I recently built my PC just a few months ago, and I've been noticing some issues lately and they have been getting worse.

PC Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i7-8700k
MoBo - Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming WiFi
GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 Ti
PSU - EVGA 500W Bronze
HDD- Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
CPU Cooler - CM Hyper 212 Evo
Case - NZXT S340 Elite

So the first issue I noticed was that almost every time I want to start up Fortnite after I have quit the game earlier, I get an error. I found out that apparently it's a memory issue. The next thing is that when my PC boots sometimes will take longer or quicker and sometimes the RAM utilization will be at about 35% to 60%. And a new Issue is that Razer Synapse will now rarely start up on boot and when it doesn't start automatically, I cannot manually start it up. When I turned XMP mode on I actually had to manually change the frequency to 2666mhz from 2133mhz. Also sometimes when I boot up the PC it will not always show the logo therefore I cannot always get into the Bios. When this happend I spammed the delete key and then the PC did not past POST and the red Boot led was on and the PC did not boot. I have tried reinstalling the GPU multiple times, and install the same stick of RAM in different slots. At 2133Mhz I also get the same issues.

Thanks.
