Ever since i bought this pc back in 2015/ or 16 ive been having random restart/ freezes where ill get a black screen and my led input devices will go off and become un-responsive however my pc leds & fans still run.
When i bought the pc it was overclocked i sent it back to cyberpower so that they could fix the problem it cam back a week later and the problem still persisted. i initially thought that the heating was the problem so i turned the fans up to 100% speed and that fixed the problem for 5 months or so... the problem came back yesterday when playing a new game that came out so i disabled to the overclock to see if that would fix it which it did until i was playing games today and the problem still persisted. I did a windows memory diagnostic test and had no problems with ram so what shall i do now?
