Question Pc randomely kills itself and turns back on, but doesn't when it's gaming

My rig recently got a new 3060 in it, and it's been having this issue for 2 months ever since I got it. It does it when it's idling, it does it when I'm just scrolling the web. But for some reason, it doesn't do it when there's a lot of load on it, just any game that requires a lot of performance. Not sure if it's my ram or something.

DDU legit worked, pc usually crashes 2 minutes of idling. But it works flawlessly now. Thank you bro

That's barely a PSU. Could be the problem?

Well it has an Rx 570 OC before the new 3060. You really think the PSU is it?

It's difficult to troubleshoot some things with a low quality PSU. Whether or not it's the problem I'm not sure but it's better to replace it nonetheless.
