Basically my pc randomly becomes extremely choppy but there is no frame drop just visually very choppy (feels like 10 fps) I have checked, there is no temperature problem, I also don't get high levels in task manager. I have tried so many things to fix this but nothing has worked.
All I know about this entire thing is that it usually happens when I do something outside of the game like play a song or join a call. Currently the only thing that can fix it is to turn off my power supply and then turn it back on again or else it won't go away no matter how long I wait. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
