[SOLVED] Pc randomly crashes, only it doesn't really, but it does....

Hello!
I bring to thee possibly the toughest problem yet.
At random the screen will freeze, then go off (as in a lost signal)
There's no bsod, no crash report (because it doesn't crash really, I have to reset) so no error messages.
Any that I am getting, such as kernel power 41 (or 32, I don't remember right now) I've followed all instructions on how to fix it but the problem remains.
I could unplug everything but the random nature means that could be a six month task. All I can narrow it down to there is it's most likely to happen mid game. But then sometimes it'll run all day just fine, sometimes I can reboot and have it crash in minutes before I've started doing anything.
Sometimes the sound keeps playing, most times it doesn't.
I've done a ram test, a gpu stress test and a cpu stress test. Also it's not like parts are getting old it's been doing this for years now!

Any ideas?

Specs as best I can remember:
ROG Rampage 4 board
i7 4990k (water cooled)
32gb corsair vengance ram
Zotac 1070 gpu
Samsung evo 680 (ish) ssd
WD black hdd, and a cheaper one

Solution
Corsair cx750, surely that's enough?
While it is more than enough it might be on the verge of dying. Though I didn't quite catch how often this is happening.

This error is a power loss which I think is usually caused by either the PSU failing or the motherboard not being able to deliver power.
I run two monitors, they both go off at the same time. Although the smaller one will flicker on and off like it's getting a signal for one second, maybe twice a minute (I've not timed it)
Power supply is a corsair cx750 (please tell me that's enough!)
