Question PC randomly cuts out loading anything

My PC is randomly cutting out whilst trying to load programs such as Photoshop, Steam and others. I was told to replace my PSU so i did. This did not resolve the issue. I was also told it could be a currupt hard drive this has also been replaced and the issue is still ongoing.

Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear you were given such exspensive bad advice. Troubleshooting should always be done before spending good money on parts that may not be needed. Try pulling one stick of ram at a time and see if it stops randomly cutting out. And/or do a windows memory check. Run it a couple of times since your problem is sporadic it may not find anything the first time.

Okay just done that, no ram issues when the test was done. Ive pulled ram out and now its saying only 7GB is usable.
