Question Pc Randomly Freezes

Hello everyone, so i am having a trouble for some months and i cant figure it out exactly.
My pc event after clean windows 11 installation (all official key licence) keeps freezing randomly.
no matter if i am gamign or in idle.
So at first, after clean windows installation i tried memtest86 and i got 1 error, so i decided to change both ram stick.
Same problem occured after some hours.
Then i noticed when i plug smt in usb ports no matter if its the front or rear the motherboard lights blinking on and of.
So i though it might be my wireless mouse naga pro dongle.
When i remove it and put it back again the on of light start.
Then i tried another mouse, pc randomly freeze again.
I tried to have only mouse and keyboard plugged in and i will check it again.
So u think its usb port problem or motherboard?

My system is :

asus rog strix x570 egaming
ryzen 5900x stable clock 4.2 no voltage
ram corsair vengeance pro rgb 3200mhz only xmp on.
Lian li 360 aio
psu corsair rm 650W
nvme samsung evo 980 pro 2tb ( bought about a year ago)
and 2 old ssds.

Also i checked in event viewer and i cant get along with the errors

psu corsair rm 650W
How old is the PSU in your build? You forgot to mention the make and model of your discrete GPU since your 5900x lacks an iGPU.

Try and reinstall the latest chipset driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I am sorry
i have nvidia 3070 msi
and the psu is old enough
i keep getting this event viewer error again and again
also its says "secure boot is not active" though inside bios secure boot is on
