PC randomly Freezing and forced to do (force reboot by button click)

Older PC i7 4770k + 1080ti Setup

Triggering times : Happening frequently in gaming .. rarely during normal usage too

Tests done so far :
1) Test Temps Cpu is about 85C max , GPU 80C max
2) I bought my friends Rams and swap them to test .. still freezing hence I confirm My rams are fine



Please add your inputs what others might be causing issue here
