Its not a random occurrence it's quite often. It happens when I am on my PC doing anything. The screen freezes but i can freely move my mouse close SOME applications but the only one I can't interact with is discord, it doesn't allow me to do anything. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still does the problem. I usually restart it and its fine.
I have no clue where to start and how to fix this. I mean i don't mind restarting it if thats the only option i have but its such a minor inconvenience every time and i know for a fact it will wear down my pc much faster, so I'd rather be rid of this. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
P.S I've upgraded my PSU thinking it was not getting enough power, but that ran me out of £70
