Question PC randomly loosing power

So my system is a Dell Precision T3400 WorkStation that has been upgraded to a Q6600, GTX1050 2gb and 8gb of DDR2 and a 375w PSU

but earlier today it suddenly lost power as if it was unplugged but then turned back on and rebooted

this has happed once before like 4-5 months ago
and it happend again earlier today 3/16/2019

is this something i should be worried about?

Dont have any ideas of why this might happen since it can handle FurMark ran on it for hours straight without issues

cpu temps? or more likely psu

temps are stable the highest i have seen the CPU temp reach is 57C
