PC randomly losing power

I have a cooler master 600w 80+ bronze PSU and a Gigabyte GTX 680 4gb with an old i3 CPU(I know it will bottleneck,But its okay for me since I only play CSGO or similar lite games). I have played almost 2 years with this config without any problem but recently my pc started to losing power randomly without any warning..It occurs several times in hour now. So I decided to remove my GPU and the rate of power is lesser then before but it still happening once or twice a day. Could it be my PSU's fault or my motherboard ? ..TIA

Sounds like the psu giving these problems yes,the only way to know for sure is test with another good working one.
