Question PC randomly resetting

I have been having issues with my computer that I recently upgraded, where the monitors will randomly turn off and then the PC will reset. After about a minute with the monitors turning off, the motherboard ram light will turn yellow then turn off, then the CPU light will turn red then turn off, then the VGA light turns white and turns off before the boot light turns green and the system reset. I get the Kernel-Power event 41 error when this happens, which isn't too helpful.

I bought a combo with 2X16 GB of Corsair vengeance, 7600X3D, and TUF gaming B650 Plus-WIFI. I additionally bought a 4060 GPU.

All hard drives are from the old computer, and I have a EVGA 750W G3 that is now 7 years old.

Any advice would be great, as I am not sure what to do to fix this issue.

Did you reinstall the OS after the upgrade?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

You've used up 70% of the warranty that's stated by EVGA. What did the PSU power throughout it's tenure? You might want to source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU that has 650W of power at the entire system's disposal and see if the issue persists.
