Question PC randomly restarting

I've been having issues with my PC for quite a awhile now where the PC randomly restarts on it's own. When I look at Event Viewer, it shows Kernel Power Event 41. The shop I took it to "confirmed"that it was the graphics card at fault. However, I recently bought a new entry level graphics while I wait for my GTX 1070 which is at another shop getting tested, but even with the new card, the PC still restarts. The PSU has already been replaced once.

What can I do?

Same problem me. I test with other Graphic Card, but i get same problem.

I don't know the exact model of the PSU I bought other than the 750W Gold 80+ Cooler Master. The BIOS is running on the latest version.
