Question Pc Randomly Restarting

My Pc is randomly turning off and then instantly rebooting the motherboard RGB stays on the whole time as well as the PSU's, but the PSU's fan does turn off. Also, when the pc reboots i need to unplug my second monitor form my GPU and reconnect it for it to turn on. Drivers are up to date, Pc is clean, and Bios settings are default.
Specs are:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition 57.3 CFM CPU Cooler
Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL15 Memory
Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
SK hynix Gold S31 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card
Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
