[SOLVED] PC randomly restarts while running games after installation of new parts

Hi I had been having some issues with freezing and not running stuff on my computer for a while now so I upgraded everything only to have some of those issues persist. The first thing that I ran into was random freezing and programs going unresponsive. Found a fix, something about my SSD and Windows 10 causing my disk usage to always be at 100%. Then when I tried to run games, it now will restart. All latest drivers are installed.
My current specs:
CPU: i7 9700
GPU: RTX 2060 SUPER
MB: ASUS PRIME Z370-PII
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB DDR4
PSU: AT650BK 650W

Most likely you have a poor power supply.

Probably that no name PSU. Also, did you do a fresh install of Windows?

Yes everything is fresh, I suppose it could be the PSU it isn't new but was an upgrade from the last

LOGISYS Power suplies are pieces of junk. Fire Hazard , replace it before it takes out your PC. VERY VERY VERY POOR QUALITY.
