Question PC randomly restarts

I dont know what this is. The pc just restarts(NO BSOD)and goes back to windows. Please help
I have ran memtest64 ram is perfectly fine.
Temps are not of the issue. Gpu idles at 35-38 and runs at mid 60s while gaming, CPU runs at 50c at idle on stock cooler high 60s while gaming.
Specs are as of follows;
MOBO- B450 A PRO MAX
CPU- R5 1600 stock cooler no OC
RAM- Patriot Viper 4 series 2x8gb- fine when tested no errors
GPU- RX 580 XFX GTS
STORAGE- 240gb WD GREEN(boot drive) 2tb hdd for games(both fine and healthy when tested
PSU- EVGA 700W BR I know its not the best but am upgrading soon.
Event viewer is also putting out weird codes 0x8000400000000002 and (70368744177664),(2) under Kernel Power 41 (61) in 'critical'
Anyone know a fix?

I have disabled auto restart and it still ocuurs

I have tried uninstalling my antivirus, but I am still stuck. I will leave it idling as I was playing Fortnite both times

I have bought a new PSU, hope it solves the issue as many people also had this while in games and it was their psu. I have also had trouble with it
