Question PC randomly restarts

Hi, i recently replaced my Motherboard, CPU and rams, i had no problem until now, when i fresh reinstalled my windows, i get random restarts when my pc is on standy, my CPU and GPU temps are ok idle, GPU is around 27 celsius and CPU around 29 celsius, do you have any idea?

16 GB Ram vengeance
GPU : Asus dual 3gb gtx 1060
PSU : Seasonic gx 650.
I looked in the event viewer and this is the crtitical error i get : The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

i also forgot to mention that my motherboard is a MSI B460 TORPEDO

May be bad PSU. Or just some hardware issues.
