day by day its okay, finally to randomly restart, until today, is it my motherboard failing?

sorry for the bad english

You might want to inspect your motherboard's PCB around the CPU's socket and CPU_FAN header area for anything that might've burned or blown or popped. Fans can only go in one way unless you forced the connector onto the fan header.

A system randomly restarting will happen due to one of two reasons;
1| your have an overheating issue
or
2| your PSU is incapable of delivering power to your system when taxed

In your predicament, I think you ruined your motherboard after creating a short, hence why you noticed something burning/melting. The only way out of that is to replace the motherboard.

i dont see any physical sign on my mobo's pcb, but cpu-fan port still not working

since i dont have any sparepart for mobo/psu, thats why im clueless the culprit was mobo/psu

the temp are normal for all part, i always check it and the restart totally random, sometimes when im playing games or when i just open a spreadsheet 🤣

100% change mobo bro?

Considering you've stated that you connected the fans in the wrong way, an educated guess would be you shorted a part of the motherboard.

We don't exactly point a finger at a part and hope it was the culprit all along, we go through a process of elimination - this is what troubleshooting is. If you bought a part to troubleshoot every part in your build, your wallet will end up being very light and you'd have parts to build another system, this is why we advise to borrow, not buy, parts from your friend or neighbor. I'm not your bro either.

Good luck!
