Question PC randomly shuts down, fans keep spinning, sometimes the mobo debug shows CPU or GPU LED and it won't boot ?

My pc is suddenly shutting down with the fans still running. Also sometimes when I start my pc the debug led shows up in CPU. Sometimes the led is for GPU as well. But when my pc boots up it runs perfectly fine. Any idea what could be causing this issue? is it mobo or something else?

1 HP SSD, 1 samsung 970 ssd

i know it has been like 5 years since this lol but did u find the solution? i have the same motherboard and same issue
