Pc randomly shuts off

Multiple times today my pc randomly shuts down while browsing, has never happened before, afterwards, 5s-1min later it tries to turn on again, the lights turn on and fans spin but the shuts right off after a couple secs,, im guessing my problem is my cheap psu but I don't have an extra one lying around to test it...
Hardware:
i3 6100
1050 ti
Raidmax rx 530ss psu
Msi h110m motherboard

I also don't think it's my cpu over heating bc I recently tested the temps while playing a demanding game and they were not high at all...

If it isn't the temps then it's the PSU. Without knowing your PSU's make and model (or part number) i can't say if you should RMA it or go for different make.

Unless voltages are out of specs, the PSU shouldn't shutdown while browsing. Remove the GPU for testing purposes (you can browse with integrated graphics).

You wrote "5s-1min later it tries to turn on again"; either the PSU or the motherboard most likely is bad.
