Question PC randomly shuts off

I’ve had this computer for about a year, so it’s nothing new, but recently it has turned off for no reason. It turns off regardless if I’m gaming, or sitting on the Home Screen.

After some time, it shuts off and the monitor turns black. The RGB lights in my ram are still on and so is the light to my power button (which usually indicates whether it’s on or not). Everything else shuts down and I have to press the power button to start the computer again. I am able to log on perfectly fine, but after that, it continues to shut down randomly.

After some research I am thinking it could be a problem with the power supply, but I am not sure.

Specs :
Processor - Ryzen 7 3700X
Graphics Card - Radeon RX6800 16GB
Power Supply- Apevia 800 Watt Gold 80 Plus
Motherboard- Gigabyte X570 UD
CPU Cooler- Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ML240 V2 RGB 240MM Dual Chamber
Ram - 2x Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB

Please help me out.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What sort of temps do you see when the issue crops up?

Try and source(borrow, not buy) a donor PSU that is reliably built and has a little more wattage at the entire system's disposal and see if that alleviates the issue.

I can't say have heard of or seen that brand before? but if the PSU is a cheaper variant of an 800watt PSU then it's probs not really built using the highest quality parts and could be starting to fail due to being on the cheaper side of the PSU fan fair?
Always pays to buy the best well known branded PSU that you can afford.

The most important thing when I select parts to build my own PC are :

Quality Branded PSU with at least 5 years or preferably longer warranty.
