PC randomly stutters

Hello. I have a problem. My PC randomly stutters. It never ever did before. Usually it just stutter on my desktop and i hear stutter sound or it give me some solid color background and there stutter. Then I must restart PC

SPECS:
Intel® Pentium® Processor G4560 3.50 GHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SC GAMING ACX 2.0 (single fan)
DDR4 2400MHz 8GB
600W PSU
ASUS PRIME B250M-K
1TB HDD

What could be the problem?

Solution
Save your work and close any open programs and go to the Control panel, in the Search Control Panel field type Administrative Tools and double click a shortcut called "Windows Memory Diagnostic", a "Windows Memory Diagnostic" window should open and click "Restart now and check for problems". Be patient and wait until your PC reboots after it's done with the diagnostics.

I will try it, but now after few minutes of using PC something starts really making noise. I think its GPU fan. But temps are good.
