PC rebooting randomly while gaming

my custom made pc keeps randomly rebooting with a loud buzzing sound in the speakers while playing games. This has been happening since i installed witcher 3 today. on high settings it would happen all the time (overheating?) so i lowered it to low and all that happens is it freezes sometimes. I decided to play cs:go (which has never had an issue on my new harddrive) and now its doing the same thing as the witcher 3 on high! help!

I replaced the PSU and the problem is gone. My old power supply sparked and died (thankfully not taking any components with it) 3 hours before my new one came in.
