Specs:
Intel core i5 8400 (stock cooler)
GTX 1060 6gb G1,
Gigabyte B360M D3H,
8gb DDR4 RAM 2400hz,
Seagate 1TB HDD, Samsung 750 evo 120gb ssd,
Corsair CX450 PSU, 2x 120mm fans,

Issue:
My PC reboots while gaming when there is a power-cut or when I turn off switch (in wall socket). This only happens while gaming. When I'm browsing or doing other works, I have no issues.I also took my pc to my friends house, even then the issue continues. This is my new system and everything is less than 1 year old.

Edit: I bought a new UPS ( APC 600va ) and i've sent my PSU for replacement and got a new one. My issue still happens. Please help me find what is causing this issue ...

Yes, I think it is good enough. Nvidia recommends a 400W psu for gtx 1060. I have a 450W 80+ bronze psu.

My CPU and GPU are not overheating. Max temp my CPU reached during stress test was 72C. As for my PSU, I tried using my friend's "foxin FPS 800". It is a low end model( it is around 450W - 550W) but I can run my 1060 in it. Still my PC reboots during power-cut or when I turn off the switch. Do you still think it is a PSU problem? Right now I am not using my GPU and I have sent CX450 for replacement.

I don't understand what "during power cut. When I turn off the switch" means. Can you explain?
It is supposed to reboot when you switch off.

I meant when i turn off the switch in wall socket, pc reboots. Only happens while I'm gaming. This also happens when there is a power cut/outage/failure. The UPS does gives backup but its no use because pc is rebooting.

Okay, got it. This happens in my friend's PC too.

When you are gaming, the power demand from your PC is high.
Usually the PSUs have an inductor(current storage- the wire wound things in PSU) by design. These inductors store some charge from the output.
During power cut and while gaming, the inductors are depleted very quickly that your PC switches off.

The UPS that you have doesn't switch the power from wall to internal battery quick enough this leaves a gap in power delivery and causes reboot.

Do you have a dedicated UPS or an inverter?

Yes I have a dedicated UPS ( APC BX600C-IN ) It is a new one. I don't think the ups response time is the problem because I had no issues earlier. At that time I was using a 5yrs old 600va ups. I also have an inverter at home ( not dedicated for PC) - microtek pure sinewave 1100va and it have response time of 1ms.

Any idea what is causing this?

There are three slide switches in my inverter. There is no ups mode switch. I've added a image .

Sorry for late reply. I can run with only inverter. That means my ups( 600va ) is not sufficient right?
