This is all nearly 5 years old. It used to run Fallout 4 fine and now it crashes every time I play for more than 5 minutes on Fallout 4. It also crashes in another games like Overwatch and others I don't quite remember.

How can I record unexpected shutdowns? Can you please help me with this? Btw, my computer never crashes on me if I don't play games. I think it may be because of my power supply. One time I saw event logger saying something related to power but sometimes it don't say that every time my PC unexpectedly shut down and rebooted itself.

Some info you may need:
I use SSD For OS and HDD for games

After 2 months of not playing Fallout 4 since it's crashing every time I play it, I tried Overwatch for 2 days and it never crashed on me then it finally starts crashing after around 30 minutes each time on me and eventually crashing even on startup of overwatch. Is it HDD problem?

What are the temps whilst gaming? Also not knowing your psu makes me thing thats the problem.

If you have a cheap power supply then it is possible that this part is giving your PC trouble. Maybe it can't provide enough power to the CPU or GPU anymore. As stated above, look at your temps. If you're using a cheap cooler then it might be a better idea to upgrade that.

70c-75c-ish on video card and around 50c on processor.

I don't think any of this is cheap, Wulffz.

One more info to add:

My thermal paste on processor is 5 years old and I didn't think to reapply it. Do I need to?

I tried controlling fan speeds on my GPU. I notice that 100% fan speed makes my gaming last longer than its auto fan speed. Also, I have a BSOD weird error sometimes if I switch to desktop then back to the game called Overwatch.

BSOD STOP Code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

What failed: atikmdag.sys

This two is both related to my GPU. But I might think that PSU might have contributed to these errors too. Tomorrow, I am going to borrow my brother's GTX 1050 Ti to test if my old GPU is the culprit. But what if my computer still restarted anyways? I already tested my physical ram sticks gaming and I do not think they cause problems.

My SSD and HDD is all clean too. I already checked them out.
