today i changed my mobo and now every time i try to shutdown my pc it shuts off then a blue light on mobo starts flashing and the pc rebots. it only shuts down properly whem i hold the power button. when it's on it works properly. i played games for a few hours no crashes or blue screen of death works fine. the blue light is aparently the intel management engine led
