PC refusing to boot from Windows 7 Pro disk.

I have selected to boot from disk in the BIOS but when I turn on my PC it goes straight to the BIOS. This is a clean install on a PC I just built.

Never mind - turned out one of the sata cables was faulty. Fixed it now.
