Question PC random restarts issue ?

Hello, friends. After six years, I decided to build a new PC.

First, I bought the following components:
• AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
• MSI MB X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI AM5 DDR5 7800MHz (OC)
• G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB 6000MHz CL30 16x2 GB
• Kingston Renegade 1TB M.2 SSD

I had an old Thermaltake 600W power supply, but its 12V output was 504W. My GPU was an MSI RX580 Armor 8GB.

I assembled all the parts and installed Windows 11 Pro. Later, I started experiencing random restarts, especially while playing PUBG. I couldn’t predict when it would happen.

After researching online, I found that the power supply could be the issue, so I upgraded to a Corsair RM750e 750W PSU. The problems seemed to decrease slightly, but I still encountered random restarts.

I then tried installing Windows 10, but while installing the RX580 driver, my PC restarted 3-4 times at the “Would you like to make this change?” prompt. I couldn’t even complete the installation, so I went back to Windows 11.

I ran multiple tests using OCCT, Furmark, Memtest86, and AIDA64, but my PC never crashed or restarted during these tests. The only component I hadn’t changed yet was the GPU.

So, I decided to buy an ASUS TUF 4070 SUPER. After that, I didn’t experience restarts while playing PUBG. However, when I exited the game and started downloading on Steam, I tried launching GTA V, and the game ran with extremely low FPS before the PC suddenly restarted again.

After restarting, I went back to Steam. Without running any games, my PC restarted 3-4 more times, and I noticed that the CPU fan started spinning very fast.

Has anyone here experienced a similar issue? I suspect the problem could be with the SSD, motherboard, RAM, or CPU, but all stress tests ran without any errors or crashes.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What is the model of your Thermaltake PSU and it's age?

MSI MB X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI AM5 DDR5 7800MHz (OC)
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

so I went back to Windows 11.
Did you recreate the bootable USB installer to rule out a corruption? Did you disconnect all drives from the system except the one you wished to install the OS onto? Did you install the OS in offline mode?

How are you cooling the processor? Make and model of your case?

Did you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, to manually install the latest driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command?

-Thermaltake TRS-600AH2NK 600W 80+ PSU with 12cm Fan. I have been using it since 2019 and there were no problems with my old computer.
-The latest version of the motherboard BIOS appears to be 31/12/2024.
-Yes, I installed it via USB. There is only one SSD in the system. No, it didn't install in offline mode.
-I have a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE RGB tower cooler. My case brand is Thermaltake v200tg. The aux lead on the front aux input broke. I couldn't remove it. Will it short circuit? But there was no problem in the old system.
-I installed the latest version of Nvida but did not use DDU. When I turned on the PC, the AMD driver was deleted automatically.

Thanks for your answers.
