A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 0

every time i play R6s at both dirextx and vulkan restart my pc by it self. At other games i recently play game named Last Train Home this game high load at CPU usage and temp reach 95 (yeah bad anyway) but nothing happend .

spec
MSI B450 A-Pro max
ryzen 5 5600
ram 2x8 ( KLEVV DDR4 BOLT X Series PC25600 3200MHz Dual Channel 16GB )
rx 6600
psu nzxt C550

Could it be the cause just my home voltage problem or other cause?

I'm a little worried if this cause by CPU.

you need better cooling if you getting that hot

Machine check exception are hardware errors.

You not getting windows errors? just restarts?
Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

no BSOD, just restart. yeah i already plan buy new cooler, anyway i not notice temp while play r6s so i can't measuring the temp while play that game

you can set up logging in hwinfo and it will create a spreadsheet of all the sensors records in the time ite logging - https://leo-holanda.github.io/logcharts.io/guide.html

Could also be the PSU.

Once the CPU reaches 95 C I would expect to see reduced performance, but not powering off and rebooting. Are you overclocking any of the components? While the 5600 should be able to run memory at 3200 no problemo, for the sake of troubleshooting, make sure XMP / DOCP are OFF in the BIOS.

Regarding cooling, IMHO you are better off looking at getting a mesh / airflow case than replacing the CPU cooler. If your case is a hot box, all an expensive (air) CPU cooler will do is recirculate warm air in the case. There are other components that need cooling, too, so factor that into the equation.

nah... game name Last Train Home look like CPU bound games so will always high temp, while idle and normal games around 50-85, i recently buy 2 case cooler as intake, and 1 exhaust with dedicated speed at 75%, i still have 1 cooler with 3 pin i can place at top case ,but can't reach fan pin mobo

Fair enough but in my instance when I swapped the PC case out for a new, better, one, CPU temperatures dropped from 95 to 82 degrees. This was with an ambient temperature of around 30 degrees. High idle temperatures are also indicative of a hot box case; with the stock cooler I generally see temperatures around 10~12 degrees above ambient and while gaming the CPU tops out at around 55 degrees. But then, it is only 13 degrees in my home office / PC room.
