Question Pc restarting on its own even when turned off

Hello,recently I upgraded my pc ,changed the mobo,cpu,ram so it looks like this:

The problem is pc restarting on its own,pressing the power button on will not turn on the pc sometimes.The pc sometimes restarts even when it’s turned off.The boot is never completed it just starts for 2-4 seconds then turns off.Here’s a link of what’s happening:

I’ve already formatted my pc cuz it was happening before but no results
I am not using UPS

Please list your specs like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Since you mentioned upgrading parts, we'll be seeing two sets of specs, one for before and one for after. Also, did you reinstall the OS after the motherboard swap?

Psu age around 6-7 months

Sounds like a sticky power button. Try removing switch connection from mainboard and momentarily short the 2 pins to start.

Please also note that when I got the Pc from my pc tech house ,he was showing me the pc,it was just fine ,when he upgraded it for the first time and when I got it 2 days ago,both times was working fine ,maybe it starts when I install some programm?dunno

In your motherboard manual, look for the front panel connectors. Disconnect those cables from the board and use something metallic to short the two "power" pins. If the computer starts normally when you do that, it means that you have a problem with your case power button.
