[SOLVED] PC restarting posible CPU ovetheating or weak PSU?

my pc spec:
r9 285 2gb
i5 3570
ram 6gb
psu some random Zito 500w psu i asume thats some 10-15$ psu
monitor 1680
so when i play some more intense games like Kingdom Come Deliverance, BF4 etc. when pc cpu temperature reaches around 70 after 2 min or so after it reached that temp my pc restarts amost of the time my gpu temp is also 70 or a bit more.

btw i bought that cpu used a week ago.
and i remember this or something similar was happening 8 or so months ago back then i had i3 3210 temps of that cpu were below 60 again it was while plaing games.

so my question is what is causiong my pc to restart?

Replace power supply with a better unit from seasonic, antec, Corsair, EVGA, etc. Don't know anything about that zito power supply. But a power supply can cause restarts etc and also can take out your computer if they go out.

70C is fine, Ivy Bridge does not thermal-trip (shut down from overheating) until 100+C.

My vote is for the off-brand PSU too, I suspect even the worst PSU from SeaSonic (one of the best PSU OEMs in the business) would be a massive improvement.
