Question PC restarting randomly

My PC keeps on restarting randomly, (when i'm idle, when i'm gaming) but sometimes it doesn't restart at all. I checked my CPU temperature, it is at 62 degree celsius. I changed the thermal paste but the temp doesn't go down. What should I do? AMD Ryzen 5 3600x. Thank you!

That could be a power problem, either PSU or MB. Need more details about system.

CPU -AMD Ryzen 5 3600x
mobo - ASUS TUF GAMING B450M-PRO II
RAM - 2x 8gb OCP X3treme RGB AURA 3200 mHz
PSU -SilverStone VIVA550
Storage - 256 NVME, 1 TB HDD, 128 SSD

I just changed my PSU from Cougar 600 80+ Bronze 600w..
