Hi bros! First at all my english is not much good, so remember that till start cussing me :)))

I was reading a lot of topics in this forum and even thinking I problably know what is my problem I've decided to write this message.
Well, my pc is 1,5 years old and till last week I'm getting randomly restarts while playing games. I can stay in web for hours and also use programs like AutoCAD Civil 3D without problems.
The problem started when I got a blackout in my house (it was rainning at that time). It occurred without a thunderbolt or something like that, the "energy" just went away for tree times in a period less than 5 seconds. While the energy was comming and going, my pc turnned on and off. After the third blackout, the energy stayed off and I've decided do took my pc off the socket.
When the energy came on, I've connected my pc in the socket again and start using that normally. Then the restarts started while playing FIFA 16. For the first time I thought it was nothing, but my pc continued to get restarts, without a fix period of playing and even playing other games (like cities skylines). It occurred sometimes when I oppenned the game, when I played for 15 min or 1 hour.
I've leaved my pc on a maintance store and after 4 days testing it they said me that my pc didnt get any issue. I dont know what kind of tests they did, but the "Heaven benchmark" is installed in my pc. They said me that they tested everything (so it might include mem tests) and my problem could be with my socket.
After confirming that the problem doesnt was my socket, I start looking for it in the forums, and after reading a lot of them, I guess that my problem has to be with my PSU.
I didnt have reinstalled windows or something like that. I've entered in BIOS and the 12V is apparently fine (12V+). Right now I'm downloading the new version of NVIDIA driver, but I dont think it will solve my problem.
So, till spending 200$ in a new PSU (yes, a good PSU in Brazil costs around it), I've decided to write my situation and get some opinions.
I hope you can help me to decide between trying doing other tests or just buying a new PSU.
I'll appreciate your attention and help.

Desculpa a demora pra te responder cara, deixei pra depois e me esqueci totalmente!
