Hi! so for almost a week ago, I spilled water (not much) on my tower pc. Now my computer restarts after like 1 sec and my CPU_LED blinks red during that second. Right now I have the motherboard outside the case. I have also only cpu and one ram stick inserted. And I have tried the move the ram stick in other slots. I have tried to reset the cmos with no result. I got during one time make the pc work but as soon as I plugged anything more in the motherboard the computer did the same thing again. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

mb: asus P8Z68-V pro/gen3
cpu: intel core i7 2600k
power supply: corsair cx 430

Yeah that is definitely water damage. First thing to start with is to take it into a repair shop and have them assess it. I wouldnt start buying new parts and then plugging them in because they do could get fried or wrecked. Just for future reference, keep the Tower off the ground and maybe put it up on a desk to avoid something like this.
