Question PC restarts AFTER gaming, but never during

This never used to happen to me before, but now it has become a recurring theme. Every once in a while, I close my game to chill out for a bit and watch some youtube, my PC will just randomly restart. Sometimes it will randomly restart even though I haven't played a game recently. Idk why, but my PC has not restarted once while gaming. It happens every day, and I don't know what to do about it. Anybody got any tips?

First, you'll need to dig into your event logs. "Event Viewer" > "System". Look at any errors there and see if it points to anything. Also, when you say it restarts, is it "restarting" properly as if you would click "power" > "restart" or is it just hitting a black screen and rebooting?

Hey, it just reboots randomly, no warning or BSOD, just BIOS asking if I want to OC

I also found this in my Event Viewer after a restart, but don't know what it means

If you are wondering my PC specs its the same motherboard as you, a i7-8700k, gigabyte 1080ti 11G OC, same ram as you but 16GB, and a corsair 650 GOLD psu

I did a memory test too, and nothing wrong there, and checked for malware with malarebyte
