Hello everybody, here is my system:

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB
CPU: AMD A8 6600K 3.9Ghz
RAM: Kingston 1333mhz 12GB (1x8 + 1x4)
HDD: Old 250GB one.
PSU: Neotech 400W

So my computer kept restarting the whole day. it hasn't done it before. I've been with that setup for around 2 weeks now. before i upgraded my GPU i was with the same parts but with gtx 650 1gb.
So today as i was playing as every normal day the first restart didn't scare me, i thought it was the electricity, but then another one and another one.
I started thinking it was my CPU and checked my temps but it was same as usual(My cpu goes around 90 and max 102-3 degrees C. )
But in the other hand i thought. Maybe with this new GPU now the watt consumption is with 10 watts more and it might be the GPU's watt consumption, f*cking up the PSU f*cking up the CPU's proper work.

I'm really desparate guys... I really need help. I literally got this setup in a month and i don't and can't afford spending money on buying new CPU.
Because if i do that i should buy better motherboard and ddr4 ram and thats impossible.

So should i buy a new 500W PSU and try with it or you guys think it's the CPU and i'm screwed ?

test your theory and replace with the older card and see if it reboots.
Usually random reboots are a power supply issue, RAM issue, or software (drivers,OS) in that order.

In Any Case: I would suggest the replacement of that neotech unit ASAP.
the corsair cx450 450W or the seasonic s12II or m12II 430W are my budget PSU suggestions

not the model with green, stay away from the green labeled cx series

the 520 is cheaper than 430 lol.

Those CPU temps are extreme. I'm not familiar with AMD CPU's but the first one I bought burnt itself out after the CPU fan died. (back before AMD put in temp sensors). Your CPU is shutting down due to heat.

In all likelyhood you need to re-seat or buy a better cpu cooler.

The other guys may have missed the temp problem but they're not wrong in advising a better PSU.

Here's an update guys.
I found out my CPU's frequency is going around 4100 MHZ at full load, but i haven't overclocked it. I think that's the problem. It should stay at 3.900Mhz at full load otherwise it overheats and restarts, because the frequency is too high and the PSU can't give that much power for 4100 Mhz, as it's not that good.
Any good ideas how to limit the CPU's frequency at 3.900Mhz at max load ?

4.1 is within the systems boost frequency. you can look in the BIOS for a boost setting and disable that if it is available.
I think that maybe your temp sensors are on the fritz, max operating temp for that CPU is 74C. max operating temperature is when damage starts to happen, I do not think it would even operate at 90C at least not for long, then never again.

Here's another update:
I disabled the Turbo from the BIOS and everything went alright at 3.9Ghz.
The temps dropped when i stopped the boost, but only with around 10 Degrees C. and it still restarted at maximum load at 95 C.
So tomorrow when i wake up i'm going to change the thermal paste, because maybe it burned from the full load and the 100 C. operating.
Gonna give another update after i change the paste guys.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Here's an update guys:
Changed the thermal paste and still got 93 C. at MAX load.
It kept restarting.
Any ideas on what is causing the restarts and how to stop them?
I don't know what it could be because the CPU used to work like that before and nothing happened
