PC restarts by itself while playing games

Hey guys, I'd been playing a lot since this started happening, my computer restarts itself when i play those "heavy" games like BF4,Fallout 4 or even counter strike source (but it let me play for around 15 min in this case and on bf4 just take around 5 mins)
I'm just able to play minecraft without looking forward to a sudden reset
My computer specs are:

I5 3570 3,5 Ghz
6GB RAM
Gtx 580
Thermaltake 600W (Not sure about the specific model)

I've already got a few clues like all temperatures are normal before the reset and it happens just if I open a game.
I guess that a new power supply is needed but I'm not sure yet

Sounds like a cheap or defective PSU. Check to see if the PSU is a Thermaltake TR2. 600W is the min recommended for the GTX 580 is the average system.
