Question PC restarts everytime I launch MW2 ?

I've been trying to solve my issue for hours now with no luck.

My specs:
Ryzen 7 5800x
Xtx swft 6700xt
ASRock b550 velocita (bios 1.20)
Corsair 1000w PSU
Western digital 1tb sdd
Windows 10

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, turned settings on and off, changed power settings and the like. If anyone has had any luck fixing the issue of the entire PC restarting immediately I would greatly appreciate any insight

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer.

Any error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured just before or at the time of the restarts?

Could be that Modern Warfare II is buggy and/or corrupted in some manner.

Reinstall MW2 if that has not been tried.

So the reliability monitor says windows shutdown incorrectly and the event IDs for event viewer are 41 and 2 at the time of the incidents.
I have definitely tried reinstalling and verifying the game to no avail.
I purchased the game through battlenet and I've refunded it and am going to try getting it to work through steam
