Okay so i wanted to overclock my CPU so i ran some stress tests to see at what temperatures it runs.
However, at every test, my computer just randomly restarts.
I dont think its my PSU as it is 600W and i think thats more than enough for my system according to a PSU calculator

My components:

PSU: Sharkoon WPM600 Bronze
SSD: Adata Premier Pro SP900 256GB
SATA: Seag 1TB ST1000DM003 7200 SA3
Memory: 16GB 2133-33 Vengeance LPX
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14
GPU: Gigabyte 6Gb 1060 G1-Gaming
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170-Gaming K3
Case: Sharkoon T28 (red)

USB devices: Corsair STRAFE RGB keyboard, Logitech g300s mouse and Logitech G430 headset.

Ive also run some GPU tests but only Unigine Heaven so far and my PC didnt restart on any of those.

I'm quite the novice when it comes to stuff like this so please keep that in mind.

This is a normal part of overclocking.
To prevent it re-starting, you need to increase your CPU Vcore.. BUT, be careful, do it 0.05V at a time, watch your temperatures, and do not go over 1.4V

If you cannot get it to run a stress test without crashing, you have overclocked too much, and must reduce your speed.
Not every CPU will overclock to a high speed - depends on luck. I have a 3570k which will not run faster than 4.1Ghz :-(

But i havent yet started with overclocking, This was a test to get a reference on how hot my system will run to see to what speed i should overclock...

EDIT: i think i should also let you know that prior to restarting, my screen turns to black and the only thing i can see is the mouse cursor.

Make sure you are not using a stress test that over-loads your CPU. Google it to be sure. I am pretty old fashioned, so I use Hyper Pi and Cinebench to stress the CPU when overclocking

Test 1
Try removing your GPU and running with onboard graphics. If your computer will run stress tests OK without the GPU, then either your PSU is no good, or you have a GPU problem.

Test 2
If it still crashes, try running with one memory stick. Try it in different motherboard slots.

Test 3
If it still crashes, you may have a setup problem. Try setting your memory to minimum speed. Try reducing your CPU speed. If one of these helps, you can start investigating why...

good luck

I kinda cant get in the PC since i let a company assemble it for me and messing inside will void the warranty i think... i'll try to use other testing programs but if that doesnt work either then i think i cant overclock yet... my pc is only acting wierd when im testing and with normal use its running just fine

UPDATE:

So i have downloaded 2 new CPU tests: Super PI and Prime95

On both of those i have a stable 100% usage with NO lag whatsoever (haven't tested for longer than 10 minutes though)
Are there more usefull programs i can use and if so, can anyone provide me some safe links?
The program i was using when i got the crashes during tests was called CPU-Z

Also, ive searched for some reviews about my PSU and it got mostly awfull reviews and stories about it destroying PC's.
I think im going to replace it with something of a better quality. Damnit, i wish i'd thought about a better PSU before.
